The Board of Registrars is responsible primarily for registering voters and maintaining voter rolls, which comprises a host of many tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. These include:
Updating voters who’ve informed us of a move with information about their new voting locations
Removing deceased voters and convicted felons
Removing voters who have located outside of the county
Transferring voters into Morgan County from other counties when notified
Redistricting voters when there are line changes
Providing official certificates of voter registration as requested by people receiving notaries
Providing poll lists for all elections
There are many ways to register to vote quickly and easily in Morgan County. If you have already registered to vote, you can update your information using this same form.

To register to vote in the state of Alabama, an individual must meet the following qualifications:
United States citizenship
Reside in Alabama
Age 18 or older
No convictions of a disqualifying felony or have had rights restored
No legal court declaration of being mentally incompetent
