In 2004, Morgan County made a commitment to providing a community-based alternative to incarceration. In 2007, the first participant was ordered under supervision of the Morgan County Community Corrections and Court Services Program (MCCC-CS). Today, we offer much more than supervision. Our office has grown to 10 full-time and two part-time positions, and combined we supervise over 1,300 defendants and offenders. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional supervision and to facilitate positive lifestyle changes in the criminal population while focusing on public safety, accountability, and restitution to victims.
